HK TRIP DAY 1

Finally starting my blog post on my recent HK trip with family. Can't believe it's already friday and school's on monday!! :( Okay let's start! So we departed on the 19th june and it is a midnight flight at 1.50am. Before checking in, we had some mcd and then after we checked in, we just shop around and chill while watching world cup until it's time for us to board the plane. It was a 4 hours flight? so i guess we arrived at around 5am? Haha pardon my super lousy memory.

Sis's airport fashion!

After we arrived we were so hungry that we had to find a place to eat in the airport before we head to our hotel. So we had some toast at a shop call Toasty Toasty. The milk tea is AWESOME. In fact the milk tea in HK is damn goooood. Not too sweet and its milky!!

This ham & cheese toast tasted sooooo goooood omg i am salivating now T_T

This thick peanut butter toast is good too but i am a ham&cheese girl LOL

After our breakfast we took a airport express train(its call MTR in hk) from airport all the way to Kowloon.

On top is the one time ticket from airport to Kowloon and the Octopus card is like our ez-link card in SG.

LOL we looked like we are in London or what hahaha

Good sunlight calls for a selfie hehe

But too much sunlight=Voldemort HAHAHA

& from Kowloon we waited for the hotel shuttle bus to come and fetch us. We missed the freaking bus and had to wait for an hour!! An hour a bus sob sob we look really pathetic squatting there hahaha.

Tadaaa hotel lobby! The hotel lobby smells really goood and they have different scent everyday woohoo

Pretty celling lights

Upon reaching our hotel it is still too early to check in so we requested for at least a room for us to put luggage. We end up all falling asleep at dad & mom's room while waiting for ours to be ready hehe. We woke up around 1pm plus and finally got our own sister room! Then we touch up our make-up & headed out for lunch!

The hotel provide a shutter bus every hour from hotel to the nearest MTR station so while we wait for the next bus, we went out and walk down the street in front of our hotel to hunt for food and then we came by a shop which sells congee! It was raining outside so we decided to have congee for lunch.

Jajan! My pork & century egg congee ^_^

Chee Cheong Fun w shrimp

After lunch we head back to hotel lobby to wait for the shutter bus

Following the itinerary that sis planned, we took the MTR to somewhere which i forgot where :( & shop shop shop walk walk walk

After walking and walking we found the famous 許留山 Hui Lau Shan (pronounced as Xu Liu Shan)

Goodness in a bowl!!!!!

This awful looking carrot cake is surprisingly delicious!

So we continue to shop around and i didn't take much photo and its dinner time!!! Yay! We ate at some very famous HK cuisine shop called fei cui something haha i am always forgetting the important things omg

Anw the food there was really good!!!!!

The expensive but worth the price chicken

HK curry is damn good too omg just curry w rice is enough *_*

This is the best wet fried rice ever!!!! I cannot describe how delicious it is.

Wanton soup + Fish ball soup. Their fish ball isn't that good. Its very rubbery and hard?

& of cause as a vege lover this veg tasted damn good too haha

Super cute cup filled with super sweet milk tea. Nonetheless the milk tea still taste awesome

After dinner we walk around and took MTR back to mongkok station which is where our hotel is and walk for around 20 minutes back to our hotel. We walk EVERYDAY and i almost died LOL. Although there are shelter bus provided every hour, we decided not to wait and just walk back.
Preparing to wash up :)

The Lush Cosmetics there is slightly cheaper in SG so we bought quite a few items. Sis bought 2 cleanser and i bought a toner. The toner i bought is around SGD23 after i convert from HKD.

There are Mnet channel there but they are always replaying the same drama i feel like slapping them

Awesome views

That's it for my HK trip day 1! Stay tune for my HK trip day 2 to Macau!!!!! Thank for reading! xoxo
