Too Faced Glamour To Go Palette Review

Hello girls~! Today I will be reviewing on my all times favourite Too Faced Glamour to Go palette! I got this from Sephora about a year ago and I have been using it for my daily make-up as well as make-up for events. It consist of 8 eyeshadows, universal bronzer, brightening blush and a shimmering lip gloss.  The packaging is super pretty since it is a pocket palette, it is easy to pop it into my bag when I'm in a rush and intent to do my make-up on the go. It is also not very heavy as it seems. Now let's move on to the main part of my review!

My thoughts:
Shadows:
All shadows are very pigmented and glides on smoothly without using primer but if you use a eye primer, the colour will turn out even more gorgeous. The only problem that i have is that there will be fall off for 2 shadows for me which is the last 2 glittery midnight blue and dark blue. So when I want to use them, I will do my eye make-up first before my foundation routine.

Bronzer:
It is a shimmery bronzer which I personally don't really like because I will look like I have a lot of glitter on my face and my contouring will not be as natural as compared to matt bronzer. Nonetheless, the bronzer stay all day and does help in contouring my face.

Blusher:
All I can say is that this is a gorgeous shimmering pink shades that last for the whole day as well. The colour is not too strong to overpower your eye make-up and you can even go for smokey eye make-up and bold lip make-up. It doesn't make your face cakey even though it is a powder blush.

Lip gloss:
This is just not my type of gloss. It is a creamy type of gloss and the colour is just pale although it look like a baby pink. This is the only thing I don't like about this palette. I guess everything has it pros and cons? But I assure you that it is still one of my favourite palette.

I came across quite a few review on this palette and most of them say that the shadows aren't pigmented which makes me wonder why hahaha it is very pigmented for me and it can be compare to UD Naked palette. I guess if you use eye shadow primer, the shadows will be a lot more vibrant and pigmented.

I rate it a 8.5/10.

The swatches: I applied it only once. The sequence is a opposite but I guess it is quite obvious so I won't number them :)

& below that shimmery shades is the lip gloss which I detest LOL. It seriously doesn't make any difference and instead makes my lips feels stuffy, sticky and gross looking.

Right: Blusher

Finally below is just some photos of me when I use this palette for my make-up.

Thanks for taking your precious time to read my review! I still have a lot more make-up and skincare products to review on but since I am busy with school, it might take sometime. Was thinking if I should do a make-up tutorial using this palette. Hmmm

Have a great day ahead!

x,
Doreen
